We had an amazing morning yesterday, watching our great reception performers sing "It's a Beautiful Day". They truly showed us how to be kind to Earth:). I would like to thank all the parents, loving families and friends and teachers/administrators, who came to watch us yesterday- the performance was great! I am posting here both our video and pictures. Enjoy! Today we watched this video You Tube, which showed pictures of what future transportation might look like. Some of the images are actually of new, current transportation. Our reception students got extremely excited and shared some of the things that they think and wonder about....if you get a chance- do watch the video at home again and see what our little future inventors think about that...! Last Friday, it was a pleasure to watch the students share their learning and their excitement with their parents during our Assembly. We have also started preparing for our Winter Concert now and that would be another great celebration to share this upcoming week! In case you were wondering what the weather is like in your country of origin- you may ask our meteorologists- they are real experts!I:) am posting here the video that was made for Assembly, together with the few photos I took. Enjoy! |

I have previously taught both Elementary and Early Childhood students in Canada, UAE and China. I am a firm believer in teaching 21C skills through Tech Integration and use of Web 2.0, while promoting an environment where both students and families are actively engaged in the learning. In my free time I enjoy travelling and exploring new cultures! I am also crazy about animals! ClustrMaps is a popular widget for class and student blogs because it reminds us that we are all part of a global audience and demonstrates how connected we all are. This map has been part of the Reception Blog website since 2013.
